Our clients sought a larger home for their growing family, purchasing a period house in Malvern. Recognising its potential, they embarked on a dramatic repair and renovation project. Together with Sketch Building Design and Empire Interiors, we resurrected the historic house to its former glory, adding modernist luxury through a well-planned extension. 

The impressive front facade of the home has been restored to its original grandeur, with a new slate roof replacing the old one. Old English tiles now adorn the front verandah, blending seamlessly with the home’s style. Notable features include an indoor fireplace, Tuscan Intrigue Sisal carpets, and an enchanting outdoor area with fireplace and pool. Additionally, our golf enthusiast client installed a putting green in the front yard. 

Although the home underwent a complete transformation, it maintains its original charm while providing a functional space for everyday family life.
