Cost planning

At Fortem Projects, we’ll manage the build and the budget, collaborating on design, cost and constructability from the start. Together with our Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) method of project delivery, we’ll ensure transparent cost planning via preliminary cost estimates, value management and internal cost benchmarking with expert trades, using fixed price or cost-plus contracts.

Project planning

Bring your own architect, or start the journey with us and we’ll shorten your planning process. Fortem Projects only takes on a select number of builds each year, ensuring a dedicated project team delivering the highest quality build. And we follow a tightly-honed construction schedule to deliver a smooth run from day one.

In-house carpenters

Our in-house carpentry team enables us to maintain the meticulous quality we’re known for on every project. Bringing technical craftsmanship and exceptional attention to every architectural detail, their pursuit of perfection means you’re in expert hands, however ambitious your build.

Project management

Our skilled team will manage the project, your schedule and even your neighbours to smooth the way to a successful outcome. You’ll benefit from fortnightly meetings and daily progress updates using our industry leading construction management software. Plus, we’ll provide free health checks at 3 and 12 months after completion to ensure the reality meets the vision.
