What is Early Builder Involvement (EBI)?

At Fortem Projects, our Early Builder Involvement service is designed to support you long before construction begins. Rather than being engaged once plans are finalised, we work alongside you and your architect early — offering practical guidance to help shape a design that is both beautiful and buildable.
We work with your nominated architect or connect you with the right one for your project if you're yet to appoint one.

EBI is designed for clients planning a high-end renovation, restoration or custom home. Planning a project of this nature involves far more than the design itself — structural needs, heritage considerations, site challenges and material choices all influence what is possible.
